Currently our products aren’t organic certified. Our fresh chilled range is gluten free with no added preservatives and made from the finest fresh Australian ingredients.

Our range is crafted using the finest fresh Australian produce and contains both chilled and ambient products. Please read the labels to make sure you are storing the products properly: either refrigerated at all times or at room temperature.

Our whole egg based products use pasteurised egg and have low pH so it should not be a concern for pregnant women, however, please speak to your health care provider for professional health advice. You can find the ingredient list on individual product pages in the Ingredients & Allergens tab.

We carry a wide range of plant-based products. Simply visit the Food Service product page or Retail product page and filter by Plant Based.

Our bottles and 2.2kg and 2.4kg buckets are curbside recyclable. We are currently working on making the rest of our packaging recyclable.

In the meantime, we have committed to updating our packaging to include the ARL (Australian Recycling Label) logos on our products to make it easier for our consumers to recycle.

As we’ve recently launched into New Zealand, our premium Birch & Waite products are currently available exclusively for professional chefs and the Foodservice industry. To find a distributor near you, head to Professional Kitchen and click on Distributors.

We are bringing a selected range of our premium products to the New Zealand market, currently available for Foodservice professionals. Unfortunately, our Japanese Dressing and Asian Sesame & Soy Dressing are no longer available. We are however always launching new flavours to keep our range exciting.

Unfortunately, our Finishing Sauces – including Creamy Parmesan & Pepper, Mushroom & Truffle, Citrus Butter, and Hollandaise – have been discontinued. We’ve also recently removed our Pasta Sauces, including Red Wine Napoletana, Creamy Pesto and Cacio e Pepe Style, from our range. We are however always launching new products to keep our range exciting.

Our premium dessert range is a food service product range and is only available through Health Care , food service distributors, and independent distributors.

All our products are batch-crafted right here in Australia across three local facilities: Marrickville and Revesby in New South Wales, and Yandina in Queensland.
